Jennyfer Jewell has long been a favourite actress of mine since seeing her in The Tribe as Ellie [aswell as being in the Enid Blyton TV series]. So, imagine my excitement at seeing something new featuring Jennyfer Jewell!
In the short film The Visitor, Jennyfer plays the role of a mother, whos daughter is being visited by an imaginary friend… In comes a priest for an exorcism… Check it out:

I am totally loving the long hair! The short film was submitted for the V 48HOURS short film festival in New Zealand, though the video is the rough cut. The film was filmed the weekend of 16-18th April 2010. I do think she is still too young for a mother role – I guess she’d make a good M.I.L.F/’yummy mummy’ perhaps? But anyhows, I do hope to see more of Jen Jewell in the future, whether it’s Jennifer Jewell or Jennyfer ;)
The Visitor was directed by Tomoko Uryu. Featuring: Te Ao O Awhero Little as Whetu, Jennifer Jewell as Mother, Angeline Quick as Sydney Mason and Andre Munroe as the priest.
