Antonia Prebble had a second TV appearance on TVNZ today (the first one is here) this time she was on TV3′s Campbell Live news strand appearing in a pre-recorded interview about her work on the charity album being released for the charity Shine (previously mentioned here).
The news article reported about the album and the charity with Antonia speaking briefly about her involvement. Check out the video:
Antonia duets on a track with Massad Barakat who also wrote the track they performed! The track plays in parts of the video.
Antonia Prebble is famous in New Zealand for her role as Loretta West in Outrageous Fortune, though we know and love her as The Tribe’s Trudy. The charity album for Shine is due for release in November this year, though I’m sure alot of exciting will be happening to promote till the release date!

I wonder if we can find a way to purchase the album from outside New Zealand..
Hi Velasca, hopefully they’ll make it available to download aswell. I’d love to get hold of it too :)
Wow, they really CAN’T sing! But it’s for a great cause, either way.
Is it just me, or do New Zealanders have other standards for what’s a lot of domestic violence? 41 people killed in one year is sad, but in comparison to other countries it’s a really, really good result! Even if NZ isn’t the biggest country in the world.
Don’t be so mean Nemesis *slaps your wrists* lol.
I guess once produced/edited the music would be polished though ;)
It’s all for a good cause in the end…
The album will be available on itunes for download. And Antonia certainly can sing! Her track is stunning.
