You do know about the new movie with Dwayne, that is heading for Cannes film festival in May. (Arresting Love/Desired) It really looks highly promising.

  • Yeah they renamed the film Desired, can’t wait to see it myself.

Dwayne was also mention in a recent interview Amanda did for the film, there’s a video somewhere for it on TVNZ I think. We’ve just not got round to updating the site. Michelle Ang’s short film The Potential Wives of Norman Mao is also premiering at Cannes in the short film festival. :)

Finally a project that allows Dwayne to look good again! It was about time after all the weird wigs and whatever the TT wardrobe team thought they were doing in the end.
The making-of is funny, though. All that money to build a bar on a mountain which could have been half a designed room in a studio (man, Carlsberg must have money) and the idea that this is a “ground-breaking” spot? It’s not. If it didn’t feature Dwayne, I wouldn’t watch it voluntarily and forget about it in a second flat.

LOL @ Nemesis – true. I have high hopes that Desired will show him in even a better light. :D
