| Jessie Gurunathan played Dawn, the farm girl ‘with attitude’, who appeared in only three episodes of The Tribe. In series one episode 32 she appeared alongside Vanessa Stacey, who had a guest appearance as Alice – the owner of a farm. In series two of The Tribe Vanessa Stacey became a member of the core cast and in episodes 6 and 7 Jess made her second appearance on the show. The character had alot to say, she was opinionated and she did make an impression as she was one of the few characters who were of a south asian descent in the show… |

The picture features in a gallery which accompanied a David Beckham centric article.
The article is here, the gallery is here.
The article is funny, fifth paragraph down, when it talks about the fans who hit on David.
There’s no pics yet of Antonia and Beth who were also at the event on 4th December. Miriama Smith is a an ambassador for the KidsCan charity who the event was held in aid of.
Calen Maiavas-Paris, aka Mega in The Tribe 4-5, has agreed to answer questions for the 10 year anniversary section.
So if you have any question to ask The Tribe’s bad Techno guy – turned good, then do ask. Wether about acting, film-making or tatooing. Post a comment in this post or e-mail to shabbs@tribeheaven.co.uk.
Thanks, hopefully there’ll be a new cast interview up next week on the section.

This one is an easier one! Photo is from Ella Wilk’s, taken at The Tribe cast and crew 10 year anniversary reunion 2008.
So who is it pictured with Victoria Spence, Ella Wilks and Michael Wesley Smith?

Can you guess who Ella Wilks and Victoria Spence are pictured with?
The lovely Ella Wilk’s has given her kind permission to use her Tribe reunion photo’s on The Tribe 10 Year Anniversary site! – Damn that girl is sweet!
The layout for the photos on the anniversary site is being sorted, but here’s a sneaky peek at two piccies (well, sneaky for those who haven’t seen them already!)… The German translation of the anniversary site has also launched, many thanks to Jebrill of Tribe-Cast.com. You can view the German anniversary section here.
So, the question was, who is the third girl in the picture?… Click the ‘continue reading’ and find out below…

God bless the gossip columns, in these days of financial crisis and job insecurity, we need a bit of a laugh.
So the gossip was Antonia Prebble is involved a bit of a frock off. Two girls, same dress, different nights.
So, Petra Bagust (don’t worry I haven’t a clue either!) wore it to the Qantas (13th September – same night as The Tribe reunion!). Antonia Prebble wore the dress to the opening night of Phantom of the Opera (14th October – I think). Drama.
I haven’t a clue about who designed the grey tulip dress, but kudos to them, great promo or what? And I’m sure the differ in the dates they were worn allowed suitable dry-cleaning time… Though I’m sure our kid Trudy is use to unwashed garnments!
The goss column, also commented on Antonia’s coat, labelling it chavvy. Oh come on, the girl looks good in her Burberry! God, has someone nothing better to do than comment on what the girl wears?!?! (…Or even post about what was said onto another site *ahem*…)
This post has been back dated. With thanks to the Antonia Prebble Site.

Lol. Another former Tribe gal at the awards!
< – - – - See pic.
She’s pictured with Antonia Prebble.
Big pic has copyright stuff on it.

Antonia Prebble, Fleur Saville and Miriama Smith both attended the New Zealand Music Awards 2008, held on Thursday 8th October at the Vector Arena in Auckland.
Antonia handed out an award, not sure which one though.
The pics are small, but you have to pay for bigger ones, which I won’t. I’m loving Miriama’s grungy look! There’s larger pics of Miriama at this blog here, there’s one featuring both Miriama and Fleur there aswell.
Edit > Antonia Prebble dot Org has got more pics of Antonia, and the bigger ones. The images in the post can now be enlarged by clicking them.
Meryl Cassie sang a sweet ditty at the reunion for The Tribe cast members (held 13th September) in New Zealand. She sure gives that Leona Lewis chick a run for her money as she belted out ‘A Moment Like This’. Check the video out.
Unfortunately the video is a bit too dark to make out members of the cast properly. Also shame there’s no video of the cast singing ‘We Go Together’ from Grease, now that I’d also love to see!
Click here to check out tribeHeaven’s 10 year anniversary page and for pics of the reunion!

Stop the press!… Well don’t. It’s not exactly big news on our Ruby!
Shortland Street star on Safari
Libby Jefferies (Fleur Saville) and her mum enjoyed a day adventuring deep into the heart of Avatiu lady. The Shortland Street star toured with Raro Safari tours this Sunday as part of the Rutaki School sponsorship drive…
The full article is here. Fleur talked with the newspaper too, the interview/account can be found here. I’ve copied/pasted it below too, unfortunately there is no journalist to credit. Articles are from The Cooks Island Herald dated 27th September 2008.
