 The online gathering for The Tribe on Facebook brought fans special video appearances by cast members Joseph Crawford (Darryl – The Tribe 5) and Lucas Hayward (Tribe 4 & 5). Aswell as audio appearances by Matt Robinson (Slade – Tribe 5) and James Napier (Jay – Tribe 4 & 5). Check out the videos from the Official Cloud 9 youTube channel (subscribe to it!) below…  The Rogers Family Xmas is a hilarious comedy series of short clips released this festive season by Four Knights (4K) Film, the production company by Tom Hern and James Napier Robertson. The guys released the movie I’m Not Harry Jenson earlier this year and their latest offering is totally different! Check out one of the short films from The Roger’s Family Xmas: 
Tom and James teamed up with Joel Herbert, a comedy theatre writer, who came to them with the concept of The Rogers Family Xmas. Tom Hern who is producing the series (and also appears in an episode as a caroler – I’m not saying which episode he is in, watch them all yourself lol) said the following on the series: “We are determined to get a finger into the youtube pie… Cinema is our number one priority but with the entertainment game changing so fast and so many rules being thrown out the window, I think we could end up seeing the funny live and the rest die. We don’t want to miss that revolution”. Were behind you guys and are loving the series. The situations the characters (some of which are somewhat eccentric!) find themselves during their Christmas are hilarious. – Make sure you watch it! The cast of the online series features: Karl Burnett (Shortland St, The Biggest Loser) as pervy, idiot ‘Uncle Levi.’ Adam Gardiner (Eagle vs Shark, Lovebirds), Rachael Blampied (I’m Not Harry Jenson, Go Girls), Hera Dunleavy, Simon Ward and Mick Innes (Jacquie Brown Diaries, The Insatiable Moon). Here’s a video of James Napier and gang showing how a Harry Bomb is done: The best H-Bomb vid will win a credit in the films DVD, have their H-Bomb video appear on the DVD as well as win a huge signed movie poster, signed by the cast and crew, so I guess that includes signings by Tom, James, Gareth Reeves, Ian Mune and other hot NZ talent. You may have noticed Gareth Reeves is also in the clip, he starred in James’ and Tom’s movie I’m Not Harry Jenson and also played the Hunga in series 2 of The Tribe… Ari Boyland also starred in Go Girls this year, there’s a video clip of him here.  The cool peeps at No Magazine have sent us their interview with Tom Hern and Gareth Reeves. It was featured in Issue 07 of the magazine. Tom Hern starred in The Tribe series 4 and 5 as Ram, he produced the movie I’m Not Harry Jenson (written and directed by fellow Tribe star James Napier). Gareth Reeves starred in the movie I’m Not Harry Jenson, he also had a mini appearance in series 2 of The Tribe as the Demon Dog Hunga. Thank fuck for Norrie Montgomery and theAlist! – Pardon my language ;) On July 23rd The Tribe cast were out in force, at the SkyCity theatre in Auckland, to support (those sexy Techno’s) James Napier Robertson and Tom Hern at their film premiere I’m Not Harry Jenson. Check the photos out below… 
The highlight is definitely a pic of the gorgeous Vicky Rodewyk (The Tribe’s Gel), I think Jeana is her sister who is also in the pic? There’s also a lovely one of Beth Allen with Antonia Prebble as well a pic of the ever so sassy Shortland Street star Fleur Saville (Tribe’s Ruby) with NZ celeb mates Amanda Billing and Anna Jullienne – there were alot of NZ stars at the event. Looks like everyone enjoyed themselves, as well as the movie itself. Meryl Cassie was also at the event but sadly there’s no photo of her. She did however mention on her Facebook that she enjoyed the premiere. [I'm sure she won't mind the FB link posted here as she like's to keep contact with fans]. On the eve before the premiere of their movie, the guys talk about getting the money, the cast and the numerous issues faced on their journey in film making. There’s a snippet of The Tribe in the video too! Ian Mune, who was a director on The Tribe, speaks about his previous work with the guys and how the tables were turned when they approached him to star in their film… The interview video is from TVNZ. It is a short interview, but it’s interesting as James talks about how he got into directing.
