Lara Custance, who was in The Tribe spin-off The New Tomorrow as Harmony, is appearing in a marketing campaign for the
Hil Cook Solution Buds. You may also know Lara as Abi in
Paradise Cafe, well Hil Cook was also the make up artist who worked on Paradise Cafe (series 2 is currently going through post production!).
Anyhows, check out the lovely Lara, with fellow Paradise Cafe actress Georgia Fabish, in the promo video for Hil Cook Solution Buds…

There’s also some cool pics of the sassy Custance, from behind the scenes on the viral promo video shoot on Facebook. Check them out also follow the page by adding you’re ‘Like’ to stay informed on the product and competitions to win some buds.
Personally I have to say I’m impressed by Hil’s Solution Buds, you basically pull the top bud off let the solution soak into the bottom bud, remove your make-up with the ‘solutioned bud’ and then clean it off with the dry bud – ingenious! Handy for a night out!
Still not convinced? Well, one of our favourite Tribe cast members, Antonia Prebble, has been carrying a pack!

Oops! I totally slept on this news!
Remember Paradise Cafe? It was shown in 2009 in the UK (BBC1/CBBC) and TV2 in New Zealand. It starred The Tribe’s Amelia Reynolds (Tally in Tribe 3) as the character Chloe aswell as Lara Custance (who played Harmony in The Tribe spin-off The New Tomorrow) as Abi…
Well, the series was so successful that both the actors will be reprising their roles in the second series of Paradise Cafe! Amelia and Lara have already began filming the second series, in April 2010 filming commenced in Wellington and this month they are going to be shooting in Rarotonga.
All the best to both of them, can’t wait to see what mysteries the new series has instore!

Flame haired Amelia Reynolds, who played Tally in The Tribe series 3, can be seen in the new UK BBC series Paradise Cafe. The kids show has been described as “a beachside mystery with a supernatural twist”. In the series Amelia plays the character Chloe… It turns out that Chloe is not just a girl, but also a ghost… Spooky.
