No, that isn’t a typo!
Lee Donoghue has set up his own designer clothing brand called
SNAG, which stands for Sensitive New Age Guy… You can check out and buy from his clothing range at
SnagClothing.co.nz. He also models the clothes, damn he is fine!
Lee Donoghue of course played Spike in series 2 of The Tribe (he was also a Loco in series 1), he is currently playing the role of Hunter McKay in New Zealand soapĀ Shortland Street.
This post has been back dated, appeared on the tribeHeaven Twitter previously.
A sweet pic of Michelle Ang (The Tribe’s Tai-San, Neighbour’s Lori Lee, Xena’s Akemi, South Of Nowhere’s Lily Zee, Outrageous Fortune’s Tracy Hong – to name a few of her well known characters!) has appeared on crude boy’s website Street Boner’s/TV Carnage. They comment on her outfit, calling it shitty, but hey it looks like Michelle’s chilling in her down time, let the girl be!
I spotted the news originally on the Michelle Ang fansite (check it out!). This post has been backdated.
Just a quick edit, Michelle Ang is wearing an Erykah Badu – {2008 AD} – ‘The Vortex Tour’ T-Shirt. You can check the design out on this poster image here.

Okay so I was watching BBC Three’s Snog, Marry, Avoid? as I do, because I love it! It’s hilarious. Anyhows, who crops up infront of the P.O.D (Personal Overhaul Device), it’s Ebony! Check the video out below…

On 5th March fashion label Ed Hardy launched a store in New Zealand. Former tribe babes Beth Allen and Antonia Prebble were both in attendance… Check the pic out from The Sunday Star Times.
This post has been back dated – info from AmberAngel.
Okay, you’re probably bored of the blog by now, but who cares! I’m bored in my office, so I’m searching the web… And I found pics of the girls on the catwalk!

Beth Allen is wearing a design by Hailwood, the girl always looks fantastic in those sequinned numbers. Meanwhile Antonia Prebble was sporting a design by WORLD. Get it, she’s sporting it? Because it’s sports wear… Oh never mind. Antonia was accessorised with a stunning Swarovski crystal-encrusted soccer ball also by WORLD, or maybe the ball was accessorised by the Prebble? Either way it’s a shame the photo is poor quality.
Yeah the photos are crappy in quality, you may find better ones given time, but this is it, I don’t think I’ll be posting anything more to do with the adiCouture ‘08 KidsCan fashion show.
Case closed. Images thanks to Fashion NZ.
Edit: I’ve just updated the page and added the images released by KidsCan.
The picture features in a gallery which accompanied a David Beckham centric article.
The article is here, the gallery is here.
The article is funny, fifth paragraph down, when it talks about the fans who hit on David.
There’s no pics yet of Antonia and Beth who were also at the event on 4th December. Miriama Smith is a an ambassador for the KidsCan charity who the event was held in aid of.
In the yearly list by New Zealand’s Woman’s Magazine, Miriama Smith came up top trumps to win the title of best dressed female.
In the magazine, “David Hartnell presents his infamous best and worst dressed list and reveals the Kiwi celebs whose style impressed, perplexed or horrified him most in 2008″. (Quote from Women’s Weekly online). According to online articles Hartnell says actress-turned-dancer Smith looks better the less she wears.
More Beth Allen news today… In support of the KidsCan StandTall Charitable Trust a fashion show will be held, featuring a “couture collection from New Zealand’s hottest designers created exclusively for the adidas originals brand”. Date: 4th December.
Beth Allen and Antonia Prebble have both been named as models for the event. Last year Fleur Saville modelled in the show. If you’re in Auckland, get yer tiks. David Beckham will also be there – cool! More info about the event and news sources are below. Continue reading…

God bless the gossip columns, in these days of financial crisis and job insecurity, we need a bit of a laugh.
So the gossip was Antonia Prebble is involved a bit of a frock off. Two girls, same dress, different nights.
So, Petra Bagust (don’t worry I haven’t a clue either!) wore it to the Qantas (13th September – same night as The Tribe reunion!). Antonia Prebble wore the dress to the opening night of Phantom of the Opera (14th October – I think). Drama.
I haven’t a clue about who designed the grey tulip dress, but kudos to them, great promo or what? And I’m sure the differ in the dates they were worn allowed suitable dry-cleaning time… Though I’m sure our kid Trudy is use to unwashed garnments!
The goss column, also commented on Antonia’s coat, labelling it chavvy. Oh come on, the girl looks good in her Burberry! God, has someone nothing better to do than comment on what the girl wears?!?! (…Or even post about what was said onto another site *ahem*…)
This post has been back dated. With thanks to the Antonia Prebble Site.
In an interview with the New Zealand Herald Beth talks about her Shortland Street character, her style and more.
There’s some cool stuff in the article.
The full article is here and also copied below. Article is by Sarah Lang. Beth Allen plays the character of Brooke Freeman in the New Zealand medical soap drama.
