Looking great, as always, Miriama Smith (who was the sexy ‘PVC clad’ Moz in The Tribe series 3) did a grand job in her role as Du Chaillu in Legend Of The Seeker. Check out the video clip below of her introducing herself to the ‘Seeker’ Richard Rahl (played by Craig Horner)…
In episode 8 of season 2, titled ‘Light’, Miriama played a prisoner who was released by the Seeker. She was later captured by a group of monsters who could turn themselves invisible… As you can see in the clip below…
Don’t worry though, she survived… The episode was broadcast in America on Saturday 16th January 2010.
Miriama’s appearance as Du Chaillu in ‘Light’ (episode 8 of season 2) completes a threesome of former Tribe cast members to appear in the series. Meryl Cassie (The Tribe’s Ebony) appeared as Bella the courtesan in episode 7 ‘Resurrection’ and prior to that Dwayne Cameron (The Tribe’s Bray) starred in episode 6 ‘Fury’ as the character Kur.
With the series filmed in New Zealand and a further 14 episodes left of season 2 to be broadcast, let’s home more Tribe cast members turn up. Or maybe more will be cast in Legend Of The Seeker season 3, if it is greenlit…
Wow!
Meryl Cassie (The Tribe’s Ebony) certainly looked great in her turn in
Legend of the Seeker! Check out the video clip below…

In episode 7 of season 2, entitled ‘Ressurection’, Meryl played the role of a courtesan named Bella (she answered to the name of ‘Bella’ in the episode but in the credits she is credited simply as ‘Courtesan’). Another video clip featuring Meryl:

The episode aired in America on January 9th 2010. Meryl appeared throughout the episode in various scenes, she was definitely looking fabulous strutting her sexy stuff in her corset, she is of course no stranger to a corset as Ebony regularly wore them in The Tribe! Though it did seem tame compared to
one of her tribal outfits… Though she didn’t have a major role, she definitely stood out and was a natural on screen.
With thanks to Ken aka purehero on Twitter for Tweeting the appearance.
As you’ll know Dwayne Cameron appeared earlier this month in The Legend Of The Seeker. He was in the episode ‘Fury’, season 2 episode 6, playing the character Kur and appeared throughout the episode. Here’s a clip of him in action…

Great news is that the episode Dwayne appeared in had the highest viewing figures for a Legend Of The Seeker episode in season 2.
From TV By Numbers:
Legend of the Seeker fans, the show’s sixth episode (from the weekend of Dec-12-13) didn’t make the top 25, but its 2.671 million average viewers was a season high and up almost 400,000 from the previous week and about around 90,000 higher than the season two premiere which had previously been the season’s high.
Check out these pics of
Dwayne Cameron in
Legend Of The Seeker! He is sort of dressed Pirates Of The Carribean stylee (eat your heart out Johnny Depp!).
There’s also a sneak peek of him in the episode trailer here:

Dwayne is the first of the former ‘The Tribe’ cast members to feature in season 2 of Legend Of The Seeker. He appears in episode 6 entitled “Fury”, which will be premiere in America on the 12th Decmber 2009. If you live stateside, be sure to tune in to see the Power Ranger and The Tribe star in action!
Major thanks again to Cath for the info, definitely our Legend Of The Seeker news source! Pictures from deejay’s Livejournal.
Nice one! Meryl Cassie has landed a role in season 2 of Legend Of The Seeker.
She will be playing the role of a courtesan (a high class prostitute), looks like she’ll be strutting her sexy stuff on screen. Well done to Meryl, were definitely going to be looking forward to seeing her in the series!
With thanks to LotS fan Cath for sharing the info, Meryl’s agency page and also LoTS Spoilers from Twitter.
Word on the street is that Miriama Smith will be featuring in season 2 of Legend Of The Seeker in the guest role of Du Chaillu in episode 8 entitled “Light”, the news is confirmed in her presenter biography on Jason & Laird.
Lets hope she doesn’t meet a sticky end like Jacob Tomuri did in his on screen appearance in season 1 of Seeker. With Dwayne Cameron also landing a role in the second season, this may just be a ‘must watch series’ for me!
Just a quickie post, more on The Tribe hotty totty (lol) Dwayne Cameron… Dwayne will be featuring in season two of the hit series Legend Of The Seeker, which airs in the US in November 2009.
According to his agency profile he plays the character Kur. I’m not sure he is a permanent or guest cast member in season two, but do keep an eye out for him and get back to me please :)
Previously Jacob Tomuri featured in season 1 episode 15 of Legend Of The Seeker as Lieutenant Bram (more on that here) as well as doing stunt work on the show.

Jacob Tomuri, who played Lieutenant Luke in series 3 of The Tribe, has featured in the TV series Legend Of The Seeker as the character Lieutenant Bram. Check out the screenshots below.
Big thanks to Catherine for
posting the info.
