Miriama Smith; Best Dressed Female New Zealander!

In the magazine, “David Hartnell presents his infamous best and worst dressed list and reveals the Kiwi celebs whose style impressed, perplexed or horrified him most in 2008″. (Quote from Women’s Weekly online). According to online articles Hartnell says actress-turned-dancer Smith looks better the less she wears.
