About

The New Tomorrow is a spin-off series to The hit TV series The Tribe. The UK TV channel Five commissioned The Tribe and found after the fifth series that The Tribe was becoming to ‘adult’ and did not fit into their target demographic. Cloud 9, creators of The Tribe came with the concept of The New Tomorrow a spin-off series from The Tribe aimed a. Much younger audience than it’s parent show.

This blog began back in 2005 when Cloud 9 announced the spin-off series to The Tribe. The blog covered the progress of the series as it developed and posted information on the show as it appeared online from articles, Tribeworld, fans and other news sources. It attracted many visitors, including cast members and Raymond Thompson himself.

Sadly though the original blog broke down due to the coding of it and all the posts were lost. However I managed to retrieve whatever I could from google’s cache and have now re-uploaded the articles/posts here, sadly though it would take me a hell of a long time to put all the comments up as there were loads, so it’s just the articles that feature here in the date order they were originally made.

A few of the original posts have been edited due to broken links and also my stupid comments made at the time!
Hope you enjoy your visit!

Cheers Scott, I adapted an existing open source layout someone made, so sadly I can’t take complete credit for it.

I’m liking this section, it’s my mini sanctuary lol.

Yeah lol, mini sanctuary, don’t think many people will be around as TNT interest has faded… You can check out the original template for the layout here: http://wp-themes.com/black-urban/ you can see how much of it I changed :D
Cheers for the article by the way, it’s great, my next mission is to sort out the articles section so it’s easier to navigate and search through. Hopefully soon!

This article provides a great historical perspective of what can go wrong in a cloud deployment leveraging highly publicized case studies. Great research in putting this post together.

Hi there, Please excuse the dumb question, but rest assured that I am not being intentionally stupid. Just bought lightroom, and trying to get myself organized. I followed the link to this article from the one where you describe your storage solutions. So if your catalog and images are both stored on an external hard-drive (let’s call it drive Z), how does an automatic daily backup of your computer’s files onto an external drive help with the task of backing up drive Z? If Z is connected to my laptop (let’s say with eSata), will a standard backup program of my computer (using a USB external drive) also backup the Z drive data? I wouldn’t have thought so….but then I’ve never tried. I just use Windows own internal backup software at the moment. Perhaps you don’t explain how to backup an external drive because any fool would know, but I’m not just any fool! Thanks for your patience.
